11 May - New Visa Application Form Required

Please be kindly informed that starting from May 11 this year Lithuanian Embassy in Yerevan asks to fill in the new form while applying for Schengen visa. The new form could be filled in and downloaded by this address: https://visa.vrm.lt/epm/

Please fill in and submit the application form on –line (NOT by hand), print it and bring it together with all required documents.

The list of the required documents has not changed.

ONLY the new application form will be accepted starting from 11 May 2015.
