CALL TO SUBMIT CONCEPTS AND APPLICATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SMALL PROJECTS
Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Armenia calls to submit concepts for the implementation or cofinansing of small projects in the area of support to social-economic activities and social integration of women, youth, disabled people and other volnerable groups of society in Republic of Armenia (indicative amount 4.800 euros).
Concepts should be provided by filling in the attached Concept form and submited till 11 July 2014 inclusive.
Embassy of Lithuania also calls for submission of APPLICATIONS FOR PROJECTS for the implementation of the concept: Support to Road Safety in Armenia (total amount up to 1000 euro).
Applications should be provided by filling in the attached project application form and submitted till 11 July 2014 inclusive.
After being filled in, signed and scanned, concepts and applications for projects together with scanned attachments shall be sent by e-mail at the address amb.am@urm.lt.
Concepts and applications for projects may be submitted by Lithuanian and foreign legal persons, other organisations, their subdivisions, also natural persons in Lithuanian, English or Russian.
Project implementation reports should be submitted by 1 December 2014. Project administration costs should not exceed 10% of the project value financed by the Embassy.
Information on the submission of concepts and applications for projects, selection procedures, implementation and information for providers as well as any other project-related information is available in the Description of Procedure for the Implementation of Development Cooperation Activities by State and Municipal Institutions and Agencies, approved by Resolution No 278 of the 26 March 2014 of the Government of the Republic of Liethuania and the Description of Procedure of the Implementation of the Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Programme, established by Order No. V-62 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania on 17th April 2014.
