EUROPE DAY INFORMATION WEEK CLOSING CEREMONY
On 24 May, several formal and cultural events were scheduled on the occasion of Europe Day Information Week closing ceremony. During the media briefing, Head of the EU Delegation in Armenia Traian Hristea and several EU member states Ambassadors and Representatives held welcoming speeches.Day begin with a roundtable discussion with EU member states Ambassadors. This roundtable discussion is organised for interested public, including the students of universities, at the Opera house. Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia Traian Hristea held a welcoming speech to open the discussion. Representatives of Poland, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Great Britain, and Germany came up with welcome speeches and wished interesting and active discussion .The roundtable consisted of three sessions, each 45 minutes long. Participants were divided into several groups, each of them discussed different topics with EU member state Ambassador or representative. Issues covered within the framework of the roundtable included EU-Armenia relations.
