Lithuanian Ambassador met with the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports
On 12 January, Lithuanian Ambassador to Armenia Inga Stanytė-Toločkienė met with the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Artur Martirosyan.
During the meeting, existing cooperation projects and future plans in the fields of education, science, culture and sports, as well as opportunities to exchange experiences using bilateral or European Union (EU) instruments were discussed.
The meeting focused on discussing educational reforms and cooperation within them, including co-operation through Erasmus+ programme and other opportunities for higher education students.
Deputy Minister Artur Martirosyan emphasized his special appreciation for cooperation with Lithuania and thanked for the impressive event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Lithuania and Armenia, which took place in November last year.
