Lithuanian Ambassador participated in a conference on Women in Leadership

On March 15, Lithuanian Ambassador I. Stanytė-Toločkienė participated in a conference organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia on Women in Leadership.

The combined offline-online event was attended by over 80 young girls. They had an opportunity to attend a panel discussion with EU Ambassador to Armenia, Ambassador of Lithuania, UNDP Resident Representative, and Mayor of Etchmiadzin.

The four female panelists discussed the challenges and obstacles they have encountered throughout their careers, shared their experience with work-life balance, and discussed the main ingredients of female leadership.
