Lithuanian Embassy in Armenia provided support to Artik school

On December 18, Lithuanian Ambassador I. Stanytė-Toločkienė visited Artik school No 8, providing schoolchildren with tablets to facilitate remote learning.
The project was initiated as part of Lithuania’s assistance to Armenia in response to the challenges caused by #COVID19.
Artik school No 8 as well as some other buildings in the towns of Artik and Gyumri were constructed by Lithuanian construction companies after the Spitak earthquake of 1988. The project was funded from Lithuanian Development Cooperation Programme and implemented by the international NGO World Vision Armenia.
