Lithuanian NCO School training team conducted the Leadership Course at NCO School in Armenia
On November 6-9, the Lithuanian Non-Commission Officers' (NCO) School training team conducted the Military Leadership Course for students and faculty members of the NCO School of the Armenian Ministry of Defence in the framework of NATO Defense Education Enhancement Program.
Lithuanian experts presented series of briefings concerning the organization of NCO modern trainings, teaching methodology, NCO as a junior leader, principles of leadership. Additionally, the course shared Lithuanian army's experience in developing education programs for NCO corps.
Graduates of Military Leadership Course received their certificates from the Deputy Minister of Defence of Armenia Gabriel Balayan and Defence Attaché of Lithuania to Armenia, Lieutenant Colonel Vytautas Rakauskas.
