Visit of Armenian journalists to Lithuania.

From 3–6 May 2026, a delegation of Armenian journalists visited Lithuania. The visit aimed to introduce the delegation to Lithuania’s experience following its accession to the European Union, presenting practices in municipal governance, regional development, education, culture, tourism, infrastructure, energy efficiency, and media self-regulation, while enabling the participants to gather material for publications, interviews, and media reports.

During the visit, the delegation traveled to Vilnius, Kaunas, Alytus, Prienai, Birštonas, and Trakai, where they met with representatives of municipalities, state institutions, education and cultural organizations, as well as business and media sectors. The program focused on presenting practical Lithuanian examples and concrete projects, demonstrating how EU investments and local initiatives have contributed to the country’s and regions’ social and economic development.
