Presentation of the results of the project „Accelerate Rural Communities“
The presentation and exhibition of the project “Accelerate Rural Communities” took place in Dilijan Community Center on September 26. More than twenty participants gained foreign language knowledge, as well as skills to use Google tools and social media for business. In the courses of jewelry, ceramics and sewing they learned new methodologies and created unique items. The project is aimed to promote involvement of women from Dilijan rural areas into creative and small scale business initiatives.
E. Galvanauskas, representative of Lithuanian Embassy in Armenia, praised project team for its efforts to implement the majority of project activities in the hard conditions of pandemics. The courses were organized online and the practical trainings were assured taking all the necessary security measures.
The project is funded from Development cooperation programme of Lithuanian Embassy in Armenia.
