Running through "Road of Life and Death"

On January 10, for a first time in Armenia the run through “the Road of Life and Death” was organized to commemorate the defenders of Lithuanian freedom – victims of the tragic events of 13th of January in 1991.

Lithuanian Embassy staff, members of Lithuanian community and friends of the Embassy finished the distance of 7,8 km in Angels’ Canyon. A traditional fireplace was made in remembrance of the January events in Vilnius.

The event was organized in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions.
