The visit of Ambassador at Large Mr. Eitvydas Bajarūnas to Armenia, 17-20 January 2017
17 January, the Ambassador at Large Eitvydas Bajarūnas and the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Armenia Erikas Petrikas met with the Head of the General Department on Combating Organized Crime of the Police of the Republic of Armenia Police Major General Rafayel Zakaryan and other representatives of Armenian police.
18 January, meetings with the First Deputy Minister of Defence Davit Tonoyan, the Head of Defence Policy Department Levon Ayvazyan, the Head of Counterintelligence Department of National Security Service Balayan Gevorg, the Head of Counter-terrorism Department of National Security Service Artak Qochinyan and other officials. The sides discussed Armenia-EU and Armenia-Lithuania issues related to security and defence sector cooperation.
19 January, the Ambassador at Large Eitvydas Bajarūnas gave a presentation “Hybrid Threat” in the 2nd CSDP (The Common Security and Defence Policy) High Level Conference for EaP.
